In this invention an innovative compass with flexible ruler was designed that can be used to draw circles, arcs, and lines at all angles. The main body of the design is a flexible ruler combined with a protractor, a compass, a digital indicator and a pen holder. These add-on components are designed as a turning knob on the flexible ruler case, a pin at the center of case, a digital indicator at the outer rim of the case, and a pen holder at the end of flexible ruler tape. The turning knob can be used to measure the angle of an arc, the pin can be the center for drawing circles or circular arcs, the digital indicator can be used to read the measurement data for lines or arcs, the pen holder can be used to hold pens such as pencils, marker pen or chalks.
