This invention implements a monitoring system for bus drivers. An intelligent measurement seat module is proposed. After a driver takes the intelligent driver seat, the system will ask to pass the fingerprint identification and then measure his/her blood pressure, blood oxygen, heart-pulse rate, and test the alcohol level. A warning message will be send to the center if any of the measurements is out of the standard and the bus power will be off. Besides, the system monitors the continuous driving time and on-duty time of a driver and will inform the driver to enter the next stop-off area to take a rest if the continuous driving time is approaching the time limit. All the messages including car id, car GPS coordination, driver id, and the measurement data with time stamps will be send to cloud database for dispatching center and suggestions will be sent after the intelligent database scanning of the system.
