TESLA is an innovative tool to assist communication for hear impaired people, using gesture recognition and generation of speech through smartphone devices. TESLA utilizes multi-sensor placed on the user's forearm and reads and identifies the movements of the fingers, hand and forearm to recognize the patterns of sign language.
