The principle of technology lies in neutralization of the remaining sulfuric acid both at the stage of raw materials preparation with the use of thoroughly selected additives and regular processing methods and also within the process of production procedures of mixing, homogenization and porization of mixture. This allows controlling the process of structure formation and obtaining wall and finishing materials with lower thermal conductivity and required strength properties. The developed technology is used to produce ecologically safe building materials and products on their basis (dry building mixes, wall blocks) with high operational properties and to solve the problem of industrial wastes utilization.
The materials obtained are characterized by effective porous structure and enhanced thermal protection; materials give and adsorb water from air thus providing microclimate regulation and ensuring comfortable living conditions. Materials are applied for building up bearing and dividing walls of low-rise buildings and structures; performing finishing works inside and outside the building
