The smallest economically justified size is about 10 m in diameter of the energy ring, while theoretically there is no upper size limit. The price of this system is less than the price of the existing systems of same power. We are looking for partners to found a consortium which would build an operating model and present this novel way to produce electric energy without danger to the nature and the environment.
