The matrix bands play a great roll in restorative dentistry. There is an essential need for the bands to seal all around the prepared walls of the tooth effectively in order to allow the material shape sufficient and anatomically. In cases in which their walls do not exceed than one or two, the present matrix bands can adjust efficiently. Nevertheless, if the prepared walls exceed than 2 walls i.e. complicated restorations or mesio- bacco-distally prepared walls the present matrix bands cannot seal all around the tooth effectively if the borders of the walls are too lower than what the common bands can seal.
