The portable solar cell parameters measurement system can do as many as seven different teaching experiments of solar cells. One of the best characteristics of this system is that it can measure the I-V curve of solar cells and dispose fast switch to measure the open circuit voltage (Voc) and short circuit current (Isc). It is able to make students understand the theorem and applications of solar cells.
