Akitoy is big toy building blocks that can be used to make practical things. Existing building block sets sold in the market can only be used to build a simple structure since each piece is already large. However Akitoy takes a linear form, thus each piece is small and can be used to make a detailed, small objects. The blocks can be categorized by its function: frame parts, joint parts, and skin parts. Frame parts act as the structure for the block. Joint parts connect the blocks and adjust the angle of the connected blocks. Skin parts is not affected by the weight because of the frame parts. Thus it can be used to express various types of facade. This block takes a unique interlocking method based on the 1:2:3 ratio. The 1:2:3 ratio is applied to the face of the interlocking side. And there are interlocking bumps on the place that corresponds to ??2??. When two interlocking faces meet, they can be assembled in different ways.
