We introduce a ??Learning to do?? card based game called HSTC (Hazard safety training card) which characterize objects by various signs, as a way of training individuals and organizations recognition of safety culture. There are 18 index cards displayed with correct or wrong hazard sign. The procedural designs and number of cards can be characterized by the requesting organization or the # of participants. We have found this approach effectively and successful in teaching trainees the concepts of health and safety hazards.
