Method of muffler manufacturing for turbojet engines includes sound-absorbing filler manufacture shaped as coaxially isolated forms and it??s further binding with passage and external shells. The filler is made of several sections. Shape mandrel is winded by passage shell upon which sections are laid; the external shell is winded on top and then this bundle is polymerized. The inner passage surface and sections are perforated. Advantages: stiffness and strength increase of a structure with decrease of it??s mass (~ by 30%) and cost of works (by 15??18?), assurance of engine reliability and competitiveness, improvement of aircraft performance characteristics. This technology was applied for manufacturing mufflers in turbojet engines PS 90?? and PS 90-A2, installed in airliners IL-96, ??U-204.
