In order to avoid energy exhaustion in the future and to reduce the global warming, how to save energy and reduce carbon is an important topic. The energy-saving of pumping units is also an important design. An effective way to reduce the power consumption of water pumping motor is to use wind power and solar energy to reduce the electricity for the operation of motor.
The wind turbine is combined with renewable energy (solar power generation) to supply power to the submergible motor. When the external wind farm fails to drive the wind turbine, the renewable energy drives the submergible motor to keep pumping. In addition, there is a wind speed sensing device, sensing the wind speed in external wind farm and sends it to the PID controller for signal control. When the wind speed in external wind farm is higher than the set value and the float switch is ON, the submergible motor is switched off, the wind turbine pumps water completely. On the contrary, when the wind speed in external wind farm is lower than the set value and the float switch is ON, the submergible motor is started up to maintain the circulation of pumping system. This module with renewable energy and intelligent control can maintain energy saving.
