This conception??s purpose is providing radar reflector which is for maximization of cross section and simplification of structure. For above-mentioned goal achievement, this conception reflects exterior radar in the shape of hexahedron with expansion and levitation, 3 faces abuted on above hexahedron which are composed of reflective material are reflectors and the rest of the hexahedron which are composed of absorptive material are reflectors. This is the Wind-Plate which helps above reflector that makes it reflect radar horizontal direction, which is installed in more than one part of above reflector, face the wind in plate shape and helps spinning above reflector by action of above wind, is installed on one part of above reflector.
