The invention is aimed at producing functionalized carbon nanotubes, nanofibres and graphene which have high compatibility with polymeric matrices. Initially, multi-walled carbon nanomaterials tend to agglomerate, thereby impeding their introduction into the polymeric matrix. The chemical functionalization of the matrix surface solves this problem.
