1. 당사는 2009년부터 산학연이 공동으로 연구 개발에 착수하여 2010년 3월 신물질에 대한 발명특허 출원에 이어 그해 7월에는 신공법에 대한 발명특허도 출원하였습니다.
2. 당사의 신물질은 고밀도 물성을 갖는 EPS 등의 물질 표면에 균열 및 손상을 방지할 수 있는 액상 고분자 수지를 도포한 후 경화시켜 내구성을 확보하는 물질이며, 이 신물질을 코팅하는 신공법을 기반으로 2011년 현재, 화물운송용 파렛트와 굴, 김 등의 양식장용 친환경 부표를 개발하였습니다.
3.당사가 보유한 신물질과 새로운 코팅 방법은 앞으로 여러 현장에서 실생활에 유익한 많은 파생 상품을 개발할 것입니다.

 We started the R&D subject with industry-university collaboration in 2009 and invented a new coating material and coaing technology and filed patents in March and July, 2010 respectively. Our new material is a liquid polymer resin of which spray cures the surface of core shape of base products made of such as EPS etc., and then makes strong duration against crack or breakage of the final product.  We applied the material and the coating technology to produce the new air-pallet for air freight, and the new durable buoy for aquaculture industry.  The new material and coating technology will be applied to produce many beneficial derivatives in the future.
