HITEC has made great achievement in minimizing damages by power outages through monitoring and engineering of power system since its foundation in 1996. It went into remote metering business, connecting accumulated know-how and sensor network technology.

● Patent for improvement of function/performance
- Efficient compression and intelligent retransmission of data to improve recovery function from communication failure. (Patent No. 10-0989712)
- Extension of terminal battery life by 2 times through checking signal strength and signal indicator in sequence (Patent No. 10-0997002).
 
● Extensiveness and Economics
- Extension to Automatic Metering Infrastructure is possible if we install Repeater and Concentrator additionally at metering-by-PDA type network
 
● Facilitation of construction work and solution of grievance of civil complaints
