국제 표준화 활동을 통한 세계의 표준온돌을 목표로 개발된 cyes 건식온돌시스템은 모르타르 마감을 사용하지 않고 천연 광물질을 압축한 1cm두께 범위의 mgo board와 board사이에 배관요입홈이 형성된 직사각형의 열전도 강판을 접착재로 접착하고 리벳팅으로 마감, 강성율을 높여 휨과 균열을 방지한 방열판과, 층간 소음 저감 완충층, 단열층을 일체화시킨 조립 건식 온돌 시스템으로 특허청으로부터 신규성, 진보성, 실시성을 등록받은 10종의 발명특허 기술은 현재 세계 26개국에 특허 출원, 등록되어 있습니다.
