  제품소개

본 발명은 구조물 또는 장비 등의 지진피해를 감소시키기 위한 면진 장치에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 구조물 또는 장비의 받침으로서 일정 이하의 진도를 가지는 지진에 대해서는 유동하지 않으며 일정 이상의 진도를 가지는 지진에 대해서는 수평 이동을 자유롭게하여 지진으로부터 구조물 및 장비를 보호하기 위해 일정 진도 이상의 지진에 응답하는 면진 장치에 관한 것이다.일정한 지진을 초과한 지진 발생시에는 상하부 플레이트가 수평으로 이동되어도 1unit 당 8개의 스틸볼이 안정적인 구조로 구성되어 상부 플레이트에 놓여진 구조물을지진으로부터 보호할 수 있으며, 지진 후 약진운동 방지장치의 안내에따라 상부 플레이트가 초기상태로의 빠른 복귀가 이루어질 수 있고, 또한 상?하부플레이트의 접시형 볼 운동면이 특수 PBT소재로 되어있어 누전전류를 차단하여 장비를 보호할 수 있는 장치이다.

ZERO TOP is seismic isolation table to reduce earthquake damage to structures and many types of critical equipment.
This seismic isolation device is placed under the structures and equipment.
The installed table allows horizontal movement of structures when a considerable magnitude  earthquakes occurs.
ZERO TOP consists of 2 conical plates.
Each Top &Bottom piece are sandwiched over eight steal ball bearings.
During a high magnitude earthquake, both the top &bottom plates will move in a horizontal direction to protect the structures
from damaging shock waves and vibration.
According to the conical shape of the plates, the steal ball bearings will help prompt restoration of the plates once the ground stops shaking.
Also, the inside conical plates are made of special PBT materials. This prevents leakage and protects  the equipment
