(주) 일우텍은 2009. 11月 경기도 안산시 한양대학교 창업보육센터 內 기술연구소를 보유한 대기환경오염 방지 전문 벤처기업(제 1004031호 : 연구개발 기업)으로, 현재 자동차, 전자 부품 세척 시 발생되는 인체에 유해한 solvent voc를 제거하기 위해 미생물 분해 대사 작용기능이 있는 바이오세라믹 필터를 “voc/악취 제거용 필터” 제조 기술로 특허화하여(특허 제 0952572호) 기존 voc 제거에 사용하고 있는 활성탄의 voc 제거효율을 증가시키고 수명을 연장시킬 수 있는 친환경부품세척기(khp-37) 필터에 적용, 개발 하였다.

현재 voc로 인한 대기오염을 가중시키는 기존 부품세척기(open type)에 대한 적용기술로 "voc flow circuit system"을 개발, 완료하여 친환경 부품세척기(khp-37)를 상용화에 성공하였다.

khp-37 부품세척기는 solvent 부품 세척 사용이 금지된 미국 캘리포니아 환경청(scaqmd)의 voc 성능 실험(제거율 95% 이상)을 통과하고 2011. 9월 세계 최초로 유일하게 미국 내 제품사용허가를 받았으며, 특히, khp-37 부품세척기 판매는 국내 특허권, pct특허 출원 및 미국 특허권을 활용하여 미국 내 부품세척기 회사인 safety kleen co.와 khp-37에 대한 제품 및 기술 제공으로 기존 제품(open type)의 친환경적 대체 제품으로 미국 시장 진출 및 글로벌 마케팅을 추진할 예정이다.

국내에서도 환경부로부터 2011. 10月 “산업용 부품세척기 적용을 위한 vocs 배출저감 기술”에 대한 녹색기술인증(gt-11-00230호)을 획득하여 국내 시장에 진출할 예정이다


  제품소개

(주)일우텍은 자동차, 기계부품 등 일반 산업현장에서 기름때, 불순물 제거를 위한 세척 정비 시 사용되는 부품세척기에서 세척액인 solvent가 함유한 벤젠, 톨루엔, 크실렌 등 인체 유해한 유증기(voc: volatile organic compounds)로 부터 세척작업자를 보호하고자 종전 사용되어왔던 개방형 부품세척방식(open type)에 비해 보다 안전하고 편리한 부품 세척방법을 제안하고 「세척액 (solvent) 가온·가압·건조 부품세척기 (khp-37)」를 개발하여 한국, 미국 특허기술을 보유한 바
있으며, 이로 인하여 "2006년 대한민국발명특허대전"에서 금상(산업자원부장관상)을  수상한 실적이 있습니다.

 이후 당사는 ‘2009 부품세척 시 대기 중으로 증발되어 대기오염 및 지구온난화를 가속화 시키는 주요 원인물질인 solvent에서 발생되는 voc를 친환경적으로 제거(destruction)하고자 명지대학교 한국 도자기센터와의 산학협력으로 미생물 (micro-organism) 작용에 의해 재생 사용 가능한 bio-ceramic filter 제조 기술을 개발하여 (특허 제0952572호) 당사의 khp-37 부품세척기에 적용함으로써 부품세척시 발생되는 voc 제어를 위한  "voc flow circuit system"을 완성하고 한국, 미국, pct 특허 출원함으로써 친환경 부품세척기로서 원천특허기술(특허 제0962283호)을 확보한 바 있습니다.

 또한 상용화에 성공한 khp-37 친환경 부품세척기는 solvent에 의한 부품세척 시 작업자의 voc위해 요소로부터 안전과 대기오염을 방지할 수 있는 기능을 갖춘 기술 혁신적 제품으로 기존 사용되고 있는 제품의 대체 친환경부품세척기로서 현재 부품세척기 사용을 제한하고 있는 미국 캘리포니아 주(5만 대)뿐만 아니라 2012년부터 미국환경청(epa)관할 전미지역으로(150만 대 사용 중) 보급, 확산될 예정입니다.

 당사의 친환경 부품세척기(khp-37)는 ‘2008 경기도-텍사스대 미국상용화 진출사업에 선정되어 텍사스대학 ic2 institute에 입주하여 미국기술시장보고서(ql report)를 접수한바 있고, 미국 캘리포니아 환경청(scaqmd)으로부터 상용화 기술평가를 받은바 있어 scaqmd 지정 almega lab에서 voc 성능 test(voc 제거율 95% 이상)를 통과하여 2011. 9月 미국 캘리포니아 환경청(scaqmd)으로부터 세계 최초로 khp-37에 대한 미국 內 사용승인(permit)받았으며 향후 미국 big 2 부품세척기 사업자인 safety kleen co. / heritage crystal clean co. 와 미국시장 공동 진출을 위한 global marketing을 시작하여 solvent voc로 인한 작업자 보호 및 지구환경오염방지에 크게 기여할 것입니다.

ilwoo tech co., ltd is a venture enterprise specialized in prevention of air pollution (no. 1004031: research and development enterprise), which has its own technical research institute in hanyang university business incubation center, located in ansan-si, gyeongi-do in november 2009. our company obtained a patent for the manufacturing technology of “filter for removal of voc/odor”, a bio-ceramic filter with microbiological degradation activity to destruct solvent voc harmful to human, which is applied to the filter for the eco-friendly parts washer (khp-37) to increase voc destruction efficiency of activated carbon used for destruction of voc in the existing washers and to extend durability of the washer.
at this moment, ilwoo tech co., ltd has succeeded in commercialization of an eco-friendly parts washer (khp-37) by completing development of “voc flow circuit system”, which is applied to the existing parts washer (open type) increasing the air pollution with voc.
khp-37 parts washer has passed the voc performance test (over 95% removal rate) of south coast air quality management district (scaqmd) in california, usa where the solvent parts washer is prohibited in use, and the permit for use was obtained uniquely first in the world in september, 2011. especially utilizing korean patent, pct patent application and usa patent, our company is planning to introduce khp-37 parts washer to usa market and promote its global marketing with safety kleen co., a parts washer company in usa, by providing products and technology for khp-37 as the eco-friendly substitutive product for the existing products (open type).

ilwoo tech co., ltd proposed a parts washing method safer and more convenient than the existing open type parts washing method in order to protect the workers involved in washing from volatile organic compounds (voc) harmful to human such as benzene, toluene, xylene, etc. contained in solvent, the cleansing solution used in the parts washer during cleaning maintenance to remove greasy dirt or impurities on cars or machinery parts in typical industrial sites, and developed 「cleansing solution (solvent) for the heating, pressurizing, drying parts washer (khp-37)」, which has been patented in korea and usa, and resulted in winning gold prize (prize of minister of industry and energy) in “korean invention patent competition 2006”.
thereafter, in 2009, our company, in industrial and academic cooperation with korean ceramics center of myongji university, developed the manufacturing technology of bio-ceramic filter renewable by micro-organism activity (patent no. 0952572) to destruct eco-friendlily voc generated from solvent, a major cause for accelerating air pollution and global warming by their evaporation into the air during parts washing, and completed “voc flow circuit system” to control voc by applying it to our khp-37 parts washer, for which patent applications  have been filed in korea, usa and pct and the patented original technology patent no. 0962283) for an eco-friendly parts washer has been secured.
in addition, the khp-37 eco-friendly parts washer succeeded in commercialization is a technical-innovative product with safety and prevention of air pollution from voc hazards, which will be supplied and spread to all regions over usa controlled by environmental protection agency (epa) from 2012, including california state (50 thousand units) as the substitution for the existing products where the parts washer is restricted in use now. 
our eco-friendly parts washer (khp- 37) was ed in 2008 as a project for commercialization in usa sponsored by gyeonggi do and texas university, for which the project team was placed in texas university ic2institute and submitted usa technology market report (ql report). the technology assessment for commercialization of the product was performed by scaqmd and it passed the voc performance test (over 95% removal rate) in almega lab appointed by scaqmd, so the permit for its use was authorized by scaqmd in september, 2011.  from now on, our company, beginning with global marketing to enter into usa market together with usa big two parts washer companies, safety kleen co. and heritage crystal clean co., is going to contribute to protection of workers for solvent voc and prevention of air pollution.
our manufacturing technology of eco-friendly parts washer (khp-37) was certified as green technology with “a technology for reduction of voc emission for application to industrial parts washer” by ministry of environment in september, 2011 and they will be supplied to domestic market as eco-friendly products.
