기존의 음식물 쓰레기 처리 방법은 아주 원시적이고 비과학적인 방법으로 처리되어 왔습니다. 물론, 각 지자체나 수거업체에서 일부 자원화 시설을 건립하여 운영하고 있으나 수거 전부터 부패한 음식물쓰레기와 함께 투기된 각종 오물들이 재활용을 어렵게 만들고 있습니다. 음식물 쓰레기는 발생 초부터 과학적인 방법으로 관리되고 빠른 시간에서 수거 되어야만 그 활용도를 높일 수 있지만, 버리는 사람들의 의식구조, 수거방법의 문제, 함께 투기되는 각종 이물질 등이 자원화를 불가능하게 만들고 있습니다. 또 다른 자원화의 걸림돌은 대다수의 국민들이 음식물쓰레기 처리문제에 관하여 심각성을 인식하지 못하고 있다는 것과 음식물류 쓰레기의 해양 투기 금지가 금지되는 2013년 1월부터 음식물 쓰레기 처리 방법이 없다는 것입니다. 그 대안으로  (주)푸드에너지는 오랜 연구 끝에 음식물 쓰레기의 자원화가 가능한 시스템 및 재활용기기를 개발하였습니다. 기술의 한계로 사용자로부터 외면을 받아온 기존 음식물 처리기 시장에 새로운 활력을 불어 넣고 기기의 생산과 자원화까지 철저하게 관리되는 시스템을 활용하여 사용자로 하여금 편리성과 저렴한 처리비용을 제공하고  재활용 기기에서 70~80%까지 감량 처리된 결과물은 우리만이 가지고 있는 수거 시스템을 활용하여 위생적이고 편리하게 수거하여 난방 연료로 열병합발전소와 시설 농가의 연료로 공급할 예정입니다. 지금부터 녹색에너지 기업 (주) 푸드에너지는 폐기물 자원화의 환경 보전에 선도적 역할을 해내겠습니다.

  제품소개

급식소에서 식사 후 발생된 남은 잔반을 개개인이 직접 재활용기기에 투입하면 기기 센서에서 감지하여 자동으로 분쇄, 압축, 탈수과정을 거쳐 발생된 잔량의 70%~90%를 감량시켜 하우징 외부에 설치된 이송 스크류로 배출되어 그 양이 18㎏에 도달되면
자동으로 진공 포장되는 장치입니다. 재활용 기기의 주요 안전장치를 보면 금속류 선별장치, 급정지 버튼, 이중 on.off 스위치, 안전사고 방지 덮개, 기기 작동 중 기기의 잔반 투입구문, 기기 전면의 문을 열면 기기의 작동이 멈추도록 설계되어 있습니다.
수질 오염을 최소화하기 위하여 여과기를 설치하였으며 한 시간에 300㎏이상의 음식물 쓰레기가 처리 되도록 설계되었습니다. 또한 역회전 기능을 추가하여 자원화가 불가능한 이물질이 투입 되었을 시 제거하도록 하였습니다

Existing method for garbage disposal has been done primitively and non-scientifically.
Although some local governments or garbage collection firms operate it in a systematic facility, dumped garbage which had been decayed prior to collection makes it more difficult to recycling.
Several issues such as people’s being lack of sense for dumping, improper methods of collection and additional alien substance make it worse although waste disposal should be controlled in a scientific way and collected in a faster way in the beginning.
One more serious obstacle which makes it more difficult for recycling is most people do not recognize it is a serious issue on waste disposal and there is realistically no other way on it after 2013 January when maritime dumping is banned.
As a replacement idea, Food Energy Corporation has built a recycling system for garbage recycling through long R&D.
Existing and old system for garbage recycling has met technical limitation so one it is ignored by users, however this newly developed system has fuels depressed markets and is able to control waste resourcing and system production thoroughly and provide users operating convenience and cost saving.
Moreover, this system provides its own collection device for 70% to 80% quantity downed outcomes (out of the system) which plan to provide CHP(Combined Heat and Power Generation)Plants as heating fuel and farm houses as facility fuel.
From now, Food Energy Corporation, a Green Energy company will become a pioneer of waste resourcing and environments protection campaign.

  Invention information

This system has following processing.
Remained wastes at the restaurants are delivered into the recycling system and it is sensitized by a sensor and 70% to 90% quantity down off wastes made through automatic pulverization, compression and dehydration by the system and discharged through a transfer screw installed outer housing and the waste reaches 18kg and it is automatically vacuum packed.
Main safety parts of the system are metal sorting device, immediate stop button, double on/off switch, safety accident prevention cover, wastes input gate during operation on and function which has the system stop automatically when opens system front gate.
A filter is installed to minimize water pollution and the system is designed to dispose over 300 kg weighed garbage per hour.
Additionally, it is designed to remove alien substances which can be used as resourcing/recycling adding counter-rotation function.
