2000년도에 설립된 당사는 하수, 폐수, 오수 등의 수처리 관련기술을 연구하여 처리 설비의 시공에 적용하고 있습니다. 지속적인 연구개발을 통해 특허등록 5건, 실용신안 1건, 특허출원 6건 및 해외특허출원(pct) 2건의 수처리 관련 지식재산권을 보유하고 있으며 세계적인 수처리 종합 메이커로서의 도약을 기대하고 있습니다.

  제품소개

 당사의 rcf(roll control filteration) 여과기는 원천특허로 특허 제10-0937111호 “가변형 여과장치”를 비롯해 다양한 특허로 보호받고 있습니다. 당사의 rcf 여과기는 세계 유일의 기술로서, 역세 수량을 획기적으로 줄이고, 기존 여과기술에 비해 여과 지속 시간이 우수합니다.
 rcf 여과기는 여과섬유(여재)의 감김횟수(여재 두께)를 조절하여 여과정도 및 여과량을 제어하는 장치로 초기의 여과섬유가 여과 배럴에 감기는 과정에서 정해진 조건(여과량, 시간, 압력 등 선택적으로 적용가능)에 이르렀을 때 1) 여과공극의 막힘으로 인한 여과효율 저하를 방지하기 위하여 여과섬유를 권취 배럴로 감아서 여과 배럴에서 풀어서 새로운 여과층이 형성되게 합니다. 그리고, 2) 여과섬유가 권취 배럴에 모두 감기면 여과섬유가 다시 역방향으로 여과 배럴로 감기면서 세척 과정을 거치게 됩니다.
 당사의 rcf 여과기는 고정도의 여과성능을 더욱 효율적으로 유지할 수 있게 함으로써  하폐수 종말처리시설의 최종 방류수의 여과, 취수장·호소수 등의 조류 및 기타 오염물질 여과, 제철소 등의 냉각수·순환수 여과, 농업·공업 용수의 여과, 정수장 등의 배출수 여과, 하수 월류수의 여과 등에 유리하게 적용할 수 있습니다.

 since having been established in 2000, our company has researched and developed relevant technologies for water treatment of sewage, wastewater, sanitary sewage, and the like, and has applied them to the construction of a water treatment facility.
 in addition, our company possesses the water treatment-related intellectual property rights including five korean patent registrations, one korean utility model registration, six korean patent applications, and two foreign patent applications through incessant research and development.  thus, we expect our company to take a leap to the global general water treatment maker.
in particular, it is expected that we play a key role in creating the added values for our customers in korea through actual application of our technologies for a water filtration method and device (i.e., rcf system).

  invention information

the roll control filtration (rcf) system of our company is granted various patents based on korean patent registration no. 10-0937111 entitled “variable filtration apparatus” as an essential patent.  our rcf system, which is a unique technology worldwide, remarkably reduces the amount of back wash water, and has superiority in terms of filtration duration as compared to existing filtering technologies.
such a rcf system is configured to control the extent and amount of filtration by adjusting the number of turns of windings of a filter cloth (i.e., filter medium), i.e., the thickness of the filter medium.  when the filter cloth reaches a predetermined filtration condition (for example, filtration amount, time, pressure, etc., can be ively applied) in a state of being wound around a filter barrel at an initial stage, the filter cloth is wound around a winding barrel (or is released from the filter barrel) to form a new filter layer in order to maintain the filtration efficiency due to blockage of a filter air gap.  in addition, when the filter cloth is all wound around the winding barrel, it is again wound around the filter barrel to undergo a backwashing process.
therefore, our company’s rcf system enables ultra-precision filtration performance to be more efficiently maintained, so that it can advantageously be applied to the filtration of final effluent, the filtration of algae and other contaminants contained in intake station, reservoir water, etc., the filtration of cooling water and circulation water discharged from a steel mill, etc., the filtration of agricultural and industrial water, the filtration of effluent from the water treatment plant, etc., the filtration of sanitary-sewer overflow, and the like as in the wastewater and sewage treatment plant.
