주요 생산 품목은 스프링클러 호스와 피팅류, 플렉시블 조인트, 익스펜션 조인트, 방폭용 후렉시블 전선관과 기타 벨로우즈를 생산하고 있습니다. 국내 외 인증으로는 ISO 9001과 14001, KS와 UL/ULc, FM등이 있습니다.
내수판매와 더불어 주요 수출국으로는 유럽, 중동, 호주등이 있습니다.

  제품소개

* 무(無)용접형 방폭용 후렉시블 전선관 *
1. 가스 혹은 인화물질 등이 있는 공장에서 전원이 공급되고 있는 전선의 외부에 씌어져     전선의 훼손 방지 및 방폭용으로 사용되는 전선 보호용 금속호스임.  과부하 또는 별도의 문제등에 의해 스파크 발생 시 불꽃이 외부로 유출되지 않고 팽창압만 공극을 통해 유출됨으로서 화재의 발생을 없도록 하는 제품. 
2. 내압방폭용 전선관의 벨로우즈와 브레이드의 접합을 기계적 접합 구조를 이용한 공정으로 용접구조를 사용하지 않아 제품의 내구력 및 생산성을 향상시키는 기술이 적용된 제품이며  특히 납(Pb)용접을 이용한 기존의 제품에 비해 유해물질인 납(Pb)을 사용하지 않는 친환경 공법으로 향후 환경규제에 대응력이 강화된 제품. 또한 납(Pb)용접 공법 대비 생산성의 향상에서 기인한 원가절감의 효과로 인해 가격 경쟁력에서 앞서는 제품 임.

We Seung-Jin Industrial Company Ltd., established in 1989 and incorporated in Jan, 1997 is the leading manufacturer of metallic flexible hose products.
Our mainly products are fire sprinkler flexible hoses(SP-Joint), Flexible Joint, Expansion Joint, Explosion Proof Type Flexible Tube and Bellows.
We have obtained the license from ISO 9001, 14001, and KS and certification of UL/ULc, and FM.
We are exporting the products to Europe, Middle East Asia, and Australia.

  Invention information

1. Concerning explosion proof guide of the factory electricity facilities,  according the gas steam explosion regulations, this product is used at the first kind of the dangerous location to protect the wire.

2. This product uses the stainless bellows of the mono type, so more flexible, and can be installed the product in narrow and complex place easily.

3. By our unique technology, the connect between the bellows and coupling is applied by not lead(Pb) welding methods, but mechanistic combination structure. So this new prodcut is eco-friendly.

4. Not using the lead, the weight is lighter that the existing prodcut, so when installing the prodcut, it is more easy to work with this products.

5. On December, 2011, the product is acquired the NET(New Excellent Technology) certification by Korea Industrial Technology Association
