인쇄전자 방식으로 회로를 구현한 flexible한 기판 위에 LED를 실장하여 조명 및 백라이트 등으로 활용함으로써 휨과 공간절약형 디자인이 요구되는 다양한 광원의 제품에 적용할 수 있는 차세대 제품이다.
에칭 공정을 배제한 인쇄전자를 이용한 공정으로서 친환경적 기술로 에칭 공정의 PCB 기판을 사용한 LED BLU 대비 원가 절감, Flexible이 필요한 다양한 디자인의 LED 제품 가능, 유연한 구조의 LED BLU로 Customize 가능하다.

FBLU (Flexible Back Light Unit)
It is a next-generation technology which can be applied to various illuminants’ products by requiring space-saving design and curve through utilizing the surface trend mounted LED on flexible board with circuit made by means of printing electronics as the light and backlight.
It is made using eco-friendly screen printing without etching process and there is a beneficial effect of reduction of production cost compared to LED BLU with Etching PCB board. FBLU is able to produce diverse designs of LED products which require flexibility. FBLU is available for customization via flexible structure of LED BLU

LED FBLU which is flexible and can materialize free-form design. It can replace the former Rigid PCB board and FBLU reduces production cost and manufacture process. It can materialize the products which were not possible to be made with the former Rigid PCB board. It can be used as lithograph illumination, design lighting, interior design, for advertisement and other various application fields.
