 LED 냉각에 있어 획기적인 냉각 장치를 개발 하였습니다. 이 냉각 장치를 LED가로등 및 보안등에 적용하여 LED의 획기적인 효율증가, LED의 원 수명 보장 및 고출력 LED의 가로등, 보안등 적용이 가능하게 되었으며 LED 가로등의 경량화를 이루어 낼 수 있어 기존 할로겐 가로등 등주 와의 호환이 가능할 수 있는 제품을 제작 하게 되었습니다. 또한 SMPS의 수명연장을 위해 효율적인 냉각을 적용하여 LED가로등의 파워(SMPS)교체 주기를 연장 하였으며 LED 가로등의 디자인에 차별화를 이룬 제품들을 개발 하여 LED 조명 시장에 새로운 개념의 제품들을 도입할 수 있도록 하겠습니다.

초고효율 냉각장치의 채용
    LED 냉각에 사용되는 방식은 주로 4가지로 구분 된다. 4가 방법에는 고집적 LED 패키지 방열 기술, 공랭식 방열 기술, 수냉식 방열 기술, 열전 소자 방열 기술로 나누어 지는데 이기술들을 탈피하는 초고효율 냉각장치를 채용 하였다.

LED의 수명연장
    LED 소자의 열을 효과적으로 냉각 시켜 주게 된다면 LED 소자의 수명은 열의 냉각에 따라 무한대의 시간을 사용할 수 있다. LED소자의 수명 연장이 가능하다.

LED 가로등의 경량화.
    LED 가로등은 LED 소자의 발열을 제어 하기 위하여 주로 공랭(air cooling)식 방열 기술을 사용하는데 사용 하는 방열판의 재질로는 전도성이 좋은 알류미늄과 구리등의 메탈재질을 사용한다.
   하지만 가로등의 출력 및 led의 사양이 고출력일수록 공랭식 방열 기술은 사용 면적이 커질 수 밖에 없으며 제품이 커질수록 제품의 중량이 무거워질 수 밖에 없다. 업계 평균적인 제품 무게는 8~12Kg  이지만(120W기준) 당사 제품의 무게는 메탈,할로겐 등의 무게도 동일한 2~6Kg의 중량을 갖는다.

혁신적인 디자인
     디자인의 자유로움과 자연과의 조화를 이루는 디자인을 채택 하여 제품의 자연스러움이 강조 되도록 디자인 하였으며 수많은 디자인을 채용할 수 있는 제품의 구조로 고정적인 LED 가로등의  이미지를 탈피하였습니다.

SMPS 냉각
    온도에 따른 PSU의 수명에 직접 영향을 주는 것은 여러 가지가 있지만 그 중에서 제일 중요하고 큰 것은 전해 콘덴서 이다. TR, FET 같은 반도체 소자는 정격전압에서 사용할 때 수십 년의 수명을 보장하지만, 전해 콘덴서는 정격전압에서 사용하더라도 사용환경에 큰 영향을 받는다. 특히 온도에 따라 수명이 좌우 되므로 PSU의 수명을 전해콘덴서의 수명과 같다고 본다. 위와 같이 보통 SMPS의 수명이 LED 소자의 수명보다 작아 중간에 제품을 교체하여야 하는 이유가 발생이 되지만 SMPS에 방열을 적용하여 같은 제품이라 하더라도 SMPS의 수명이 늘어난다.

GL T&E CCroup, We developed a remarkable cooling device for LED Security Light, security light. This device will lengthen the life of LED lamps, which can be shortened by the generation of high temperatures by quickly dissipating heat.
This cooling device helps to extend the duration and intensity of LED lamps, giving them longevity and reliability.
In combination with ventilation from the S.M.P.S, this invention will help to reduce maintenance costs and lower the frequency of replacement.
In addition, it reduces the weight and volume of LED lamps.
It is designed around the LED lamp and can be easily installed without any removing Previous LED lamppost.
We will give our the best effort to bring new concept of product into the LED street Lighting market.

1. Adoption of Ultra-High Efficiency Cooling System
  Current cooling systems for LED lighting can be divided info 4 groups High-density LED package radiation, air cooling, liquid cooling, and thermoelement. However, out device adopts an ultra-high efficiency cooling system that is more effective than the other four kinds of cooling systems.

2. Extension of LED Lamp Life
  Through ultra-high efficiency cooling, an LED lamp can be used continuously for unlimited hours.
  If the LED element is efficiently cooled by the cooling system, it`s life can be extended by more than seventy-thousand hours.

3. LED Street Light Weight
  The majority of LED street lights use an air-cooling method in which a highly conductive substance such as aluminum or copper is used as a heat sink. The weight of these air-cooling devices are influenced by LED power and weight specifications. Therefore, the larger the air cooling system is, the bigger the dimension of the heat sink and the greater the overall weight of the unit. The average weight of the existing devices are approximately 8~12Kg(120W), however, our device, which is made using halogen and metal(these are our heaviest units), weighs only 2~6Kg
