Fosters talented people by helping students and youth develop their creativity and innovative thinking.
- Korea Student Invention Exhibition (KOSIE)
- Annually held to find and train potential inventors. Distinguished students are presented with the Presidential Award for their achievements and a special opportunity to go abroad for training in the Creativity Development Camp.
- Invention Camp
- Held for three days annually during summer vacation to promote the creativity of elementary and middle school students.
- National Essay and Cartoon Contest
- Exceptional essays and cartoons following the invention theme are awarded the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Award plus other prizes.
- Invention Scholarship Student
- Scholarships are available for students with special talents for inventions and who choose a science and engineering major for university.
- Future Creative Entrepreneurs Program
- Aims to develop future entrepreneurs. Students are given multiple challenges to build on specific skills such as leadership and business ethics in the Entrepreneurial Competition.
- Creativity and Invention Edu-Centers
- Consists of 189 creativity and invention education centers nationwide in schools. Funding is provided to these centers for invention related activities and learning materials.
