Also operates a regular market for patented technologies, disseminates information on patented technologies, manages an e-marketplace, and promotes the transfer and use of technologies.   Offers free IP education through the international online site (IPAcademy), conducts training courses on intellectual property rights and broadens the national knowledge base of intellectual property rights through programs such as free education on electronic patent applications.
